What we do to protect your business information, in plain language.
How your data is protected
- Encrypted in transit
- Every page and upload uses HTTPS (TLS). There is no unencrypted access.
- Passwords
- Stored only as salted one-way hashes; nobody at Ayoun FreightLink can read your password. Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app is available to every account and required for administrators.
- Strict access control
- A company can see only its own loads, quotes, jobs, documents and photos. Transporters see the loads they are eligible for; customers see only the quotes made to them. These rules are tested automatically on every release.
- Commercial confidentiality
- Your prices and quotes are never shown to other members. The public tracking link shows movement status only — no prices, no parties' contact details.
- Verification documents
- PACRA, TPIN, licences and insurance are visible only to you and the platform administrator, used only to verify you, and never shared with other members or third parties.
- Audit trail
- Every sign-in (including failed attempts) and every action is logged with time and IP address, so changes to a job, a payment or a company record can always be traced.
- Backups
- Database and uploaded documents are backed up nightly and retained for 14 days.
- Payments
- Ayoun FreightLink does not store card numbers or mobile-money PINs. Payment references are recorded and confirmed by the payments desk.
- Hosting
- Dedicated server infrastructure administered by Ayoun Technologies, with the application isolated under its own system account and the database reachable only from the application itself.

What we collect: company registration details, contact names and numbers, verification documents, fleet and driver details, loads, quotes, jobs, payments, messages, photos and location pins submitted during a job, and WhatsApp numbers you choose to link.
Why: to verify members, match loads with transporters, run and evidence jobs, process payments, resolve disputes, and send alerts you have asked for.
Who sees it: the other party to a job sees what is needed to execute it (company name, contact phone, truck and driver on the job, POD). Other members see your public profile: name, city, capabilities, rating and track record. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
Retention: job records and PODs are kept for 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes; verification documents until 12 months after you leave the platform; WhatsApp message logs for 12 months.
Your rights: you may ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account (subject to records we must keep by law), and you may unlink WhatsApp or pause alerts at any time (send STOP).

Report a concern
If you believe an account or document has been accessed improperly, contact the administrator immediately. We investigate every report, inform affected members, and record the outcome.
