How Ayoun FreightLink works

For traders, manufacturers & importers

  1. Register your company and upload PACRA, TPIN and an ID. You can post loads immediately; awarding a job requires verification.
  2. Post a load: route (local or cross-border corridor), cargo type, weight, truck type, pickup date, budget and any requirements (GIT cover, tarpaulin, escort, clearing agent).
  3. Receive quotes from verified transporters. Each quote shows the price, the actual truck, transit days and the transporter's rating and history.
  4. Accept a quote — a job is created and the transporter assigns a truck and driver.
  5. Track each stage: en route, loaded, in transit, at border, customs cleared, arrived, delivered. Share the public tracking link with your consignee.
  6. Pay the platform (mobile money or bank transfer) and record the reference. Funds are held until you confirm the signed proof of delivery.
  7. Confirm delivery & rate the transporter.

For transporters

  1. Register and upload PACRA, TPIN, RTSA operator licence, GIT insurance, COMESA Yellow Card (cross-border) and DG permit (fuel / chemicals). Add your trucks and drivers.
  2. Get verified — the administrator checks your documents and approves your capabilities. Only verified transporters can quote.
  3. Browse the load board or receive alerts for loads matching your capabilities.
  4. Quote an all-in price (fuel, tolls, driver, GIT). The platform commission is deducted from your payout, so quote the full customer price.
  5. Execute the job: assign truck/driver, update status at each stage (GPS captured from your phone), upload the signed POD at delivery.
  6. Get paid — once the customer confirms delivery and their payment is in, the platform releases your payout net of commission.

WhatsApp

Link your WhatsApp number under My account and you can run most of the platform from your phone. Transporters: TRUCK interlink empty in Dar es Salaam from 12 Nov to Lusaka USD 4200 posts an empty truck; LOADS lists loads matching your fleet; QUOTE LD-00012 4500 3 days quotes; STATUS JB-00007 loaded Kapiri updates a job; a location pin or a photo (caption seals ZM001, ZM002 or POD) is attached to your active job. Everyone receives their alerts on WhatsApp as well as by email.

Fees

Posting loads and quoting is free. The platform earns a single commission (shown on every job) deducted from the agreed freight price at payout. Disputes are reviewed by the administrator before any payout is released.
